The girl heard the story that there was a beautiful town with big goddess in the country named "Meriken".She imagined the town that had never seen before. In old times, Japanese called “Meriken” about United States.This is a work that draw the world of her delusion with New York theme.

むかしむかし、少女が聞いた噂話。"遠い海の向こうの「米利堅」という国には大きな女神さまがいる「紐育」という美しい街があるそうな"　これは異国の地に心惹かれる少女の幻想の世界です。
現代電子浮世絵は日本をテーマにしているので、このような作品は非常に稀です。今後もこのような作品はほぼ描かれないでしょう。
